Terengganu's T is one of the system's quiet survivors.

It starts early as T, stays T through the 1948 reshuffle, and holds the old structure longer than almost anyone else, only moving into the three-letter series in 2000. Across decades of changes around it, T remains itself: a single letter doing its job until the numbers finally run out.

That makes T-series plates easy to read and easy to date. A neat combination from the pre-2000 range has the calm of a series that took its time.
