IQ is a small private special series from the final stretch of Malaysia's NGO-era vanity plates.
Public reporting in February 2019 described it as an already-approved series for Yayasan Ar-Ri'Ayah, with sales managed exclusively by Skyport Global Sdn Bhd.
The run was tight: IQ 1 to IQ 999, making it one-tenth the size of the usual 9,999-number special series.
The bidding window had already passed by the time the series received wider motoring coverage. Tenders were reported as open from 8 to 28 August 2018, and by early 2019 numbers were still available.
Pricing was not cheap for a small, quirky prefix: tender prices were reported from RM3,500 up to RM250,000 for IQ 3, while double-digit numbers sat around RM18,000 to RM23,000.
