Series Overview
KN was Kelantan's registration code when it was one of the Unfederated Malay States. In the 1948 rationalisation, Kelantan was given D, which it still uses.
KN later returned as a block in Kedah's ordinary K sequence, so a modern KN plate is a Kedah registration, not a pre-war Kelantan one.
