Bidding on JPJ eBid ran from 19 to 23 October 2023. The response was decent: JPJ reported 5,632 bidders and raised RM2.62 million in total revenue. The highest bid was MADANI 6 at RM68,888, followed by MADANI 5 (RM58,000) and MADANI 4 (RM55,000). In total, 3,263 numbers were sold, suggesting many high numbers had no bids. While the collection didn't break records, it was respectable for a new slogan. After auction, unsold MADANI plates were offered for direct purchase via MySIKAP. Now closed, this series yielded standard transferable plates. They serve as a symbolic keepsake of the Madani agenda – a reminder of the government's vision in plate form. The "MADANI" prefix, being a full word, stands out on any vehicle and will not be repeated, making these plates small pieces of political history.
